One year ago this month, we bought a beautiful old home! We immediately jumped into some major renovations in an effort to move in before Christmas.
Unearthing these original hardwoods throughout truly made the bones of our new house sing; it was like walking on clouds from day one.
Over the course of this last year, I carefully sourced furniture that is both appropriate size and style for my living room-it’s small but cozy since there isn’t much space between where you walk through the front door and get to your couch or armchair with its built-in ottoman companion sitting at just right distance away.
